[...] Dovendo esprimere una valutazione giuridica sugli stessi fatti, la Corte ritiene che essi non possano interpretarsi come una semplice manifestazione di un comportamento solo moralmente scorretto e di una vicinanza penalmente irrilevante, ma indicano una vera e propria partecipazione all’associazione mafiosa apprezzabilmente protrattasi nel tempo.
